Lucifer’s Salmon Bowl
An easy and fresh meal
A simple salmon salad with rice
Tips for this recipe
If you like your salmon juicy and tender, go for 4 minutes. If you prefer your salmon a little more cooked, go for 5 or 6 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Lucifer’s Salmon
- 4 oz of Lucifer’s Tears salsa
- 8 oz of cubed Salmon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mango and Cucumber Salad
- Half a small Mango
- Half a small Cucumber
Rice Bed
- 1/2 a Cup of White Rice (can also use bagged microwave rice)
DIRECTIONS
Lucifer’s Salmon
- Marinate the cubed Salmon bites with 2 ounces of Lucifer’s Tears salsa (about 15 minutes)
- Then cover with Salt and Pepper to taste
- Air fry for 4 to 6 minutes depending on tenderness preference
- Toss in more salsa after cooking
- Sprinkle some pepper flakes on top for extra heat (optional)
Mango and Cucumber Salad
- Dice half a small Mango into small cubes
- Dice half a small Cucumber into very small cubes
Rice Bed
- Cook half a cup of rice with half a cup of water in a covered pot or heat up some store-bought bagged microwave rice
