Lucifer’s Salmon Bowl

An easy and fresh meal

A simple salmon salad with rice

Tips for this recipe

If you like your salmon juicy and tender, go for 4 minutes. If you prefer your salmon a little more cooked, go for 5 or 6 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Lucifer’s Salmon
  • 4 oz of Lucifer’s Tears salsa
  • 8 oz of cubed Salmon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Mango and Cucumber Salad
  • Half a small Mango
  • Half a small Cucumber
Rice Bed
  • 1/2 a Cup of White Rice (can also use bagged microwave rice)

DIRECTIONS

 

Lucifer’s Salmon
  1. Marinate the cubed Salmon bites with 2 ounces of Lucifer’s Tears salsa (about 15 minutes)
  2. Then cover with Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. Air fry for 4 to 6 minutes depending on tenderness preference
  4. Toss in more salsa after cooking
  5. Sprinkle some pepper flakes on top for extra heat (optional)
Mango and Cucumber Salad
  1. Dice half a small Mango into small cubes
  2. Dice half a small Cucumber into very small cubes
Rice Bed
  1. Cook half a cup of rice with half a cup of water in a covered pot or heat up some store-bought bagged microwave rice
