Our mom, Lucia — Lucifer when she gets fired up — taught us to make salsa before we could drive. What started as a family tradition grew into something we couldn't keep to ourselves. Friends kept asking for more. Family kept coming back for jars. In 2021, we made it official.

Every Underworld Feast salsa is built around a single Mexican pepper — no blends, no shortcuts. Nine peppers. Nine flavors. Nine levels of something worth tasting.

the spark

2021 — Unleashed homemade salsas on friends and family. Built the brand, conceived the 9 Levels of Hell (thanks, Dante). First pop-ups sold out. Holiday markets sold out. The underworld was hungry.

official launch

2022 — Taco Fest. First real production run. Underworld Feast goes live. Market season grind confirms: people keep coming back.

momentum builds

2023 — Got into one of Columbus's best markets on the first try. Applied everywhere, got into almost everything. Then pitched Kroger. Got in.

going regional

2024 — Specialty stores start calling. Giant Eagle says yes, 5 flavors across the region, 150 cases on the first order. Upgraded production to keep up. People start recognizing us in the wild.

big rooms

2025 — Giant Eagle. More stores. Fancy Food Show. The footprint grows. Bigger accounts start circling.

2026 — Grant secured. Breaking ground on our own production facility. Back in markets, expanding, and still bringing the heat.
