This is how you start something new. The Awakening Potato Wrap swaps the ordinary for thin, golden layers of potato; crisped, fused, and wrapped around a rich, savory core of eggs, melty cheese, and whatever vegetables call to you.
Then comes the spark: The Awakening salsa. Bright, bold, and alive with heat, it cuts through every bite and brings the whole thing into focus. It’s hearty, a little indulgent, and built to kickstart whatever comes next.
(Tip for this recipe: Keep the potato slices thin and evenly layered, and press them gently as they cook; this helps them fuse into a sturdy, flexible wrap instead of falling apart when you roll it.)

-
Whisk the eggs and pour them over the potatoes. Once the eggs begin to cook, add the cheese and your preferred vegetables

Carefully remove the wrap from the pan and roll it up
-
Drizzle more of The Awakening salsa on top of the wrap before serving
