  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 small carrot, diced 1/2 cup broccoli florets, chopped small
  • 2–3 green onions or pearl onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2–4 tablespoons Dante’s Choice salsa (to taste)
