An easy and fresh meal. A simple salmon salad with rice.
(Tips for this recipe: If you like your salmon juicy and tender, go for 4 minutes. If you prefer it a little more cooked, go for 5 or 6 minutes.)
Ingredients
Lucifer's Salmon

4 oz of Lucifer's Tears salsa

8 oz cubed salmon

Salt and pepper to taste
Mango and Cucumber Salad

1/2 small mango
-
1/2 small cucumber
Rice Bed

1/2 cup white rice (or store-bought microwave rice)
Directions
Lucifer's Salmon

Marinate the cubed salmon with 2 oz of Lucifer's Tears salsa for about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Air fry for 4–6 minutes depending on tenderness preference.

Toss in the remaining salsa after cooking.

Optional: sprinkle pepper flakes on top for extra heat.
Mango and Cucumber Salad
- Dice half a small mango into small cubes.
- Dice half a small cucumber into very small cubes.
Rice Bed

Cook 1/2 cup of rice with 1/2 cup of water in a covered pot, or heat up store-bought microwave rice.
