6–8 oz fried tortilla chips

3 tbsp mashed black or pinto beans

Garnish

1/4 cup sliced onions

1/4 cup cilantro

1/2 cup queso fresco, cotija cheese, or feta

1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
Directions

Heat up the mashed beans.

Slice the onions and chop the cilantro.

Heat up the Eden's Garden salsa.

Spread the beans on a plate.

Top with fried tortilla chips.

Pour Eden's Garden salsa over the chips.

Garnish with sliced onions.

Sprinkle crumbled cheese and cilantro.

Drizzle with crema and a squeeze of lime.
